Counseling That Meets You Where You Are
We see clients in person in Colorado Springs and by telehealth anywhere in Colorado.
Every person, couple, and family is different, so we tailor our approach to your goals.
Our Training & Credentials
Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates (LPCC): Our counselors hold Colorado LPCC licenses, issued to master's-level counselors who are completing the supervised clinical hours required for full licensure (LPC).
Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Graduate training in assessment, counseling theory, ethics, and evidence-based treatment.
Professional membership: Members of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
Our services
Individual Counseling: A confidential space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a season that simply feels heavy. Some clients want practical tools; others want to understand deeper patterns. Most want both.
Couples & Marriage Counseling: Help moving from gridlocked conflict to deeper connection, whether you're rebuilding trust, navigating a transition, or preparing for marriage. [Name confirmed couples training, e.g., "Gottman Method Level 1."]
Teen Therapy: Support for teens [ages, e.g., 13 to 17] navigating emotional regulation, identity, school stress, friendships, and screen-time balance.
Family Counseling: Helping family members understand one another, communicate better, and build healthier connections at home.
Faith-Based Counseling: For clients who request it, counseling from a Christian perspective. See below.
For parents of teens: What Parents Should Know
Parents are usually part of the first session, and we talk together about how you'll stay involved. Teens need a private space to open up. We explain at the start what stays between counselor and teen, and when we would always involve parents, such as any safety concern.

Faith-Based Counseling: Christian Counseling in Colorado Springs, If You Want It
Both of our counselors are followers of Jesus Christ. For clients who request it, we integrate Christian faith, prayer, and Scripture into counseling. For clients who prefer a counseling approach without faith integration, we provide that with the same care and respect. You choose; we follow your lead.
